It is a great pleasure to share with
you my passion.
For me, painting on silk is the unique meeting of
art and beauty.
This oriental traditional method to paint silk is a
complex art which require a full control over the
silk‘s reaction.
Larger challenge than any other medium, the creation
of an art work requires concentration and
meticulousness without any error.
I am in constant interaction with this medium
throughout creation.
All my works are hand painted on 100% silk fabric
using permanent dyes
I was always drawn to imagination and creativity.
I have worked and played with many mediums. I have
painted on everything from paper to walls.
Some years ago, I discovered silk painting.
I do love it; it is fascinating and very challenging.
I've been painting and teaching for the past few
years.
My creative side is always bubbling and I find
colours exciting.
